MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO – 08-09 APRILE 2012 

REGOLAMENTO

Art.1- Lo Sporting Club Madonna di Campiglio in collaborazione con il Comitato 3-Tre, organizza, il 08-09 aprile 2012 una gara sci alpinistica denominata 38° SKI ALP INTERNATIONAL RACE DOLOMITI DI BRENTA, valevole quale prova Internazionale “HOMOLOGATE RACE” senior e giovani e 10° Coppa delle Nazioni “singolo”

Art.2- La 38° edizione si terrà il 09 aprile 2012 e sarà una gara individuale maschile e femminile, OPEN, valida quale gara Internazionale SENIOR E GIOVANI di sci alpinismo “singolo”, Coppa delle Nazioni e Trofeo Regione Trentino-Alto Adige.

Art.3- Alla manifestazione possono partecipare atlete e atleti in rappresentanza delle Nazioni affiliate alla ISMF.

Sono ammesse le categorie: CADETTI (anni 1995-96-97) JUNIORES (anni 1992-93-1994) ESPOIR (1989-90-1991).

Art.4- Tutti i concorrenti per la gara ISMF dovranno essere muniti di licenza ISMF, tesseramento per l’anno in corso alla FISI o analoga federazione straniera, la tessera Federale dovrà essere esibita, se richiesta, da ogni singolo atleta al momento dell’accredito e iscrizione.

Con l’atto di iscrizione ogni concorrente solleva, mediante sottoscrizione, gli organizzatori da ogni responsabilità per danni a persone o a cose che potessero verificarsi prima, durante o dopo la manifestazione e comunque in relazione ad essa.

Art.5- Tutti i concorrenti dovranno essere muniti del certificato di idoneità sportivo prescritto, valido alla data della gara, l’iscrizione dovrà pervenire tramite Direzione Agonistica, Comitato Regionale o Società di appartenenza dell’atleta, su apposito Mod. 61, che sarà firmato dal Presidente con l’impegno del pagamento della tassa di iscrizione. Intestato a Sporting Club Madonna di Campiglio, via Monte Spinale 16, 38086 Madonna di Campiglio (TN). Oppure in contanti alla società organizzatrice.

Art.6- Ogni Nazione, Comitato Regionale o Società nominerà un CAPOSQUADRA il quale provvederà al ritiro dei pettorali, al pagamento delle tasse di iscrizione e rappresenterà la Società e i suoi associati nella manifestazione. La gara si svolgerà: LUNEDI’09 aprile, prevede un percorso a cronometro con partenza in linea e punti di controllo obbligatori sia in salita che in discesa. Il tracciato sarà segnalato con bandierine e porte direzionali.

Art.7- La Direzione di gara, comunica che tutti i concorrenti e capisquadra sono tenuti alla presenza al briefing e punzonatura, come da programma, alla vigilia della gara, dove comunicherà il punto di ritrovo, il programma della gara, l’orario di partenza e il tempo massimo di percorrenza; si riserva inoltre il diritto di modificare gli orari ed il percorso, nel caso di variazioni delle condizioni atmosferiche o di circostanze eccezionali, anche durante lo svolgimento della prova.

Art.8- Le iscrizioni dovranno pervenire entro e non oltre le ore 20:00 di giovedì 7 aprile 2011 precedente la gara alla sede dello Sporting Club Madonna di Campiglio, via Monte Spinale 16 c/o Chalet Laghetto, 38086 Madonna di Campiglio (TN). Saranno accettate (se inviate entro i termini) anche le iscrizioni effettuate via Fax ( N° 0465 440503), o via e-mail (sportingcampiglio@hotmail.it, oppure tramite il sito ISMF http://www.ismf-ski.org la prenotazione alberghiera avverrà tramite l’organizzazione; la quota di iscrizione viene fissata in € 90,00, che comprende: cena buffet, pernottamento e prima colazione, pacco gara, trasporto alla partenza, risalite impianti, ristoro zona arrivo e buffet giorno manifestazione.

Agli atleti è data possibilità di non pernottare, per questi, la quota sarà di € 40,00 con buffet di benvenuto.

Art.9 - Tutti i concorrenti sono tenuti a conoscere, consultare e attenersi ai regolamenti e alle disposizioni tecniche FISI, Nazionali ed Internazionali ISMF ed attenersi al programma della manifestazione. I reclami dovranno essere presentati esclusivamente per iscritto alla Direzione di gara, accompagnati dalla quota di € 50,00 che saranno restituiti soltanto in caso di accoglimento del reclamo. In caso di controversia sarà prevalente il regolamento Internazionale ISMF.

Art.10 – Per l’assegnazione della Coppa delle Nazioni sarà tenuto conto della somma del tempo dei primi tre concorrenti di ogni Nazione classificati, categoria Senior maschile. L’organizzazione darà ospitalità a tre atleti per Nazione purché iscritti dalla propria Federazione.

REGULATIONS

Art.1- The Sporting Club Madonna di Campiglio, in co-operation with the 3-Tre Committee, organizes a ski mountaineering race named 38h SKI RACE DOLOMITI DI BRENTA, race valid in the Ski Mountaineering “HOMOLOGATE RACE”, Senior and Youth categories, “individual”,  to be held on 08-09th April 2012

Art.2- The 38th edition will be held on 09th April 2012 and will be an individual male and female, OPEN, valid as the race of the SKI MOUNTAINEERING “HOMOLOGATE RACE” YOUTH AND SENIOR “individual ”, Nations Cup and Trofhy Region Trentino-Alto Adige.

Art.3- Male and female athletes, representing the nations affiliated to the ISMF can partecipate.

Categories admitted: CADETS (years 1995-96-1997), JUNIORS (years 1992-93-94) ESPOIR (years 1989-90-91).

Participation to an OPEN category will also be admitted.

Art.4- All competitors must have an ISMF licence, FISI or similar foreign federation for the current year; the Federal membership card must be displayed, on request, by each athlete during accreditation and registration.

By undersigning the registration forms, each competitor relieves the Organisers of all liability for damage to person or objects that could occur before, during or after the event or in any way related to it.

Art.5- All entrants must be in possession of an official medical certificate, valid at the time of the race; entries to be made to the Organizing Society by the Race Director of the Club to which the competitor belongs, preferably on the specific application form entry form ISMF o mod.61, to be signed by the President, with the commitment of the entry fee payment. Entry fees to be paid by all athletes entered WITHIN FRIDAY 06 APRIL 2012 the Organizing Society. Payment by bank transfer c/o Bank: BTB Trento e Bolzano – Beneficiary: SKI ALP-SPORTING – IBAN code: IT88 D032 4035 2606 5110 0972 400 SWIFT code: BATBIT2T, or in cash to the Organizing Society.

Art.6- Each Nation or Ski Club will nominate a TEAM CAPTAIN who will be responsible for collecting race numbers, payment of entry fees and will represent the Club and its members during the event. The race will take place on: SUNDAY April 09^th   and will be a timed trial with an in-line start and compulsory check points both on the uphill and the downhill course. The course will be marked with flags and direction poles.

Art.7- The Race Directors require that all competitors and team captains attend the briefing and marking of equipment as per program, on the eve of the race, where the Competition Directors will communicate the meeting point, the race program, starting time and maximum race time permitted; the Competition Directors reserve the right to modify times and route of the race, even during the race, in case of variations to weather conditions or under exceptional circumstances.

Art.8- Entries must be received within and no later than FRIDAY 06^th April 2012 at 20h00 in the offices of the Sporting Club Madonna di Campiglio, via Monte Spinale 16 c/o Chalet Laghetto, 38086 Madonna di Campiglio (TN). Entries submitted via fax (to nr. 0465/440503) or via e-mail (sportingcampiglio@hotmail.it), oppure tramite il sito ISMF http://www.ismf-ski.org will also be accepted provided they are received within the established deadline; the hotel reservation will be effected through the Organising Committee. Entry fee is fixed in € 90,00 which covers: participation at the buffet dinner, bed and breakfast, race packet, transport to starting point, cable-car tickets, buffet at finish area and lunch on the race day.

For an alternative without accommodation, entry fee is of € 40,00 including buffet dinner.

Art.9- Participants must know, consult and respect the rules and technical regulations of the FISI, National and International ISMF and respect the event’s program. Complaints to be submitted exclusively in written form, to the Race Office, together with the amount of € 50,00 which will be returned only in case of acceptance of claim. In case of controversies, the International ISMF regulations will rule.

Art.10 –  The total timings of the first three competitors classified of each Nation will be taken into account for the assignment of the Nations Cup. The Organization will offer hotel accommodation to three athletes per nation if entered by their Federation.

Art.11- PROGRAM OF THE 38th SKI-ALP DOLOMITI DI BRENTA in the PALACAMPIGLIO of the CONGRESS CENTER OF MADONNA DI CAMPIGLIO:

SUNDAY 08th APRIL:

from 15h00 to 20h30: accreditation and possible random checking of equipment: skis – boots – poles – helmet;

at 19h00: Briefing and presentation of the individual race

at 20h00: Buffet dinner

MONDAY 09th APRIL:

at 07h30: check of equipment markings at the Boch Mountain Hut

at 08h15: Start of “Seniors” race

at 08h30: Start of “Youth” race

at 08h40: Start of “Open” race

at 13h00: Lunch in the Palacampiglio in Madonna di Campiglio

at 15h00: Awards ceremony
